Should be better for me as Listerine is like an antibiotic - it kills everything. It turns out there are beneficial oral bacteria that are essential to avoiding gum disease and esophageal cancer. Just like your digestive system, you need a healthy balance of good bacteria in your mouth and throat to be healthy. I like Cool Mountain a little more than Peppermint which is pretty peppery.
