No shoes fit my feet, narrow heels and high instep cause problems. I wear 11D(med) when the shoes have laces so I can tighten them. I buy a 10 1/2 D (medium size) if the shoe fits like this. Version: flat sole and WITHOUT arch support. They appear to be well made and I expect they will last a long time. Fit: Tight at the front and slightly loose at the heel. For me, this is normal for shoes of this type. Comfort: so far so good. Still in the "break-in phase". Intended use: I bought these shoes to wear at home. Possible uses: slippers, receiving mail, shopping quickly, driving a car. Bad Use: Grocery shopping, all day at work, walking the dog, wet weather. DO NOT USE: Long walks, hikes, or any other activity that might benefit from specialty footwear.
