Review on Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula Coconut 🥥 Water Face Moisturizer - 1.7 oz Jar by Brenda Hernandez

I bought this product through Amazon mainly because of the free shipping with my basic Amazon Prime membership. I was very excited to get this product because I tried a sample of it and it smells amazing and feels great on my skin. When I received my package I noticed that the plastic wrap that was wrapped around the box was open. I found it really strange, but at that moment I didn't attach much importance to it. When I opened the product I also noticed that the box was very dusty. Then I felt very strange about it and started taking the lotion out of the packet. When I removed the lid there was no seal on it. To be honest the cream looked and smelled great but made me feel very uncomfortable as I don't know if anyone has used it or done anything with it before. I asked the seller if I could exchange this cream for a sealed one and they replied that all of their products are new, unused and come direct from the seller (obviously not true since mine was opened). They offered not to exchange the product but to return it if it doesn't suit me. All I wanted was a sealed cream, I didn't want to return it. However, after seeing the seller decline the request, I wrote this review. The cream is great if you have dry skin and it smells so good. But I do not recommend buying from this seller.
