I originally got these to use for a costume that I would be wearing a few times in a two-week span. I thought they would be a better idea than your standard temporary tattoo. I tested one out on my clean dry finger. I placed it, held a damp cloth to it for 30 seconds, and when I lifted the paper, there was nothing at first glance. I could see something clear and shiny transferred to my skin so I waited. By the next day, there was a medium blue color cross on my finger. Not bad. Not really dark, but dark enough. Well, at least it was. I didn't do anything special for the next few days. In fact, I had hurt my knee a little so I feel like I did even less than I normally would. This "sick tatt” started fading within two days. By the 5h day, it was gone. I thought maybe I did something wrong so I tried again. I put " Hero of this story” down the side of my finger. I left the damp cloth on a little longer this time. Again, it transferred a shiny coating to my finger. I could see all the words if I looked at it right so I was hopeful. By the next day, only E HER had developed. It looks like someone hit me with a rubber stamp at the entrance of an amusement park. The lines of the letters that did develop are blurry and the coloring is blotchy, same as on the cross, just worse. They’re just not working for me. Cutting them out, you have to be super careful. Some are really grouped together. I like the concept of these, but in the end, they just didn't work.
