quality belt, as in the picture. The lever works well right out of the box. (I've noticed that other brand gears get stuck after the first few uses.) I received a personal handwritten note on the order form/instructions for use. (Thanks Bella!) I ordered a 36-39 in the waist because my waist is a 36 exactly. When tensioned, the belt runs exactly to the last part of the track on the belt. I was able to easily adjust it by cutting off a couple of inches to suit individual direction. In general very happy with the purchase.
