Terrible Instructions + Wrong Instructions = Good Luck!

As stated by a previous reviewer, the colors of the parts in the instructions do not match the colors of the parts we received in the box. For example, it only lists the 5-hole blue part, but we don't have a 5-hole blue part. Only green and red. He asked for a green triangle, we only have yellow and blue. Good luck building your dinosaur! I don't know how a 6 year old is supposed to finish this as a 33 year old can't even finish it! A few issues: There was a color issue again, as mentioned above. *Mentioned in another review --- But the very first step in making the legs required (2) two holes, a 3-hole curved piece, a 4-hole straight piece, 2 nuts and 2 short screws. However, the short bolts are too short to reach them in this configuration. I tried a long screw but it didn't work with the specified nut. I improvised and just used a two hole mount, which was fine. The head tries to insert 4 short screws into the cube but they all fail because they bump into each other. When attaching the head to the neck, the instructions did not include nuts. When I added them it just looked ridiculous because they rest on the jaw screw which doesn't screw all the way in. They want you to use a long screw, but the long screw is thinner and has thin threads that won't work. in body orifices. It took me too long to adjust the instructions for this. Then, when we were all done, the weight of the dinosaur was too much for the legs and they kept collapsing. Don't worry about building other robots etc. Just make something from scratch and don't fret :). I've bought similar products and they had much better instructions to follow. I would not recommend this product.
