I spoke to the seller on the direct number provided in the package to call him first before I return the product and confirmed that the internet speed of the computer is only 2. 5th vs. 5. The description never said that the computer could not connect to the school's internet. Does he have all the software, including Microsoft Office 365, but can't connect to the school website?
