This is a good size for protein drinks. They're small enough to fit in a mini fridge, which my son does with them. keeps water in it and then uses that cold water to make yourself something to drink. If you screw on the lid tightly and close the small lid tightly on the spout, there will be no leakage problems. Of course, if you don't, what do you expect other than a leak? Overall a great purchase, we use it every day. After buying 2 and using them for a while I went back and bought 2 more.
