The Moen hand shower I bought last spring leaked after the plastic bracket cracked. As a replacement I ordered this 100% solid metal hand shower in brushed nickel as it had a brass holder which was unlikely to crack or leak. The ad says "hotel quality" and I really don't know what that means. All I can say is that this shower head is a very good item, suitable for a very high quality shower in very nice homes. I am very impressed with the build quality and spray speed even with the water regulator installed. It's very simple and easy to install - and in my opinion a lot easier to install than the Moen head it replaced. Before we bought our hand shower, we had a very expensive fixed shower head. This one costs a lot less and is just as good, and in some ways even better.
