Installation was very easy, it's actually plug and play with clear instructions and no special knowledge or tools, difficult oil change on my 2019 2500 with 6.7. Went straight on, the computer programming part worked easily enough and it was done. Press the unlock button three times and after a few seconds it will start. Hooray. However, I deducted a star due to the computer part being a bit sketchy, ActiveX controls, a USB program I didn't recognize, and the use of idatalink, which specifically states that you shouldn't log into their system, it unless you are a professional and you have to register and declare that you are one (not that they verify a fake email address and address and you are). Combined with the need to use IE and .net 2.0 I went and dug up an old laptop and was using Win7 and didn't have to worry about who was going to connect to my PC.
