I have a 2017 Razer Blade 14 inch that is known for being noisy under load and has a noisy built in cooling. This cooler is significantly quieter at maximum speed than when the laptop is used under load without and about twice as quiet. There's no option to turn the LEDs on or off, but there is fan speed control. There is nothing notable about the build quality, my fan setting/on and off wheel went wrong but still works. The height adjustment is good. and sometimes I use a stand for that and don't turn on the fans when I'm not gaming. For the price, the height adjustment feels solid and I trust it on my laptop. I am happy with the purchase for this money. It's not perfect, but it does what it's supposed to and feels solid.
