I was a bit skeptical about the fit of these headphones before buying them as they are wide and flat, but their comfort and sound quality make these my favorite headphones for work and play. I wear them for hours without tiring my ears. The sound is amazing. I even upgraded my Tidal account to Hi-Fi because everything sounds clear. The cable is nicely woven and the ear hooks prevent the earbuds from moving. I did a lot of research before buying and would happily buy them again. I haven't worn them to the gym so can't comment on that. But I wear them to work, trips, and basically anything I need headphones for. Soundproofing is great too. When I'm not looking at you, I don't realize that you want my attention. At work, I just open one to talk to someone or use the scanner. Ear hooks keep it behind your ear. The point is. I am surprised by this purchase. These in-ear headphones are a beautiful and finely tuned work of art.
