Glad to get it. Followed the instructions and set it up and it worked great for 4 hours. After that it turned off automatically. In the morning I went to turn it on and the jellies all floated to the top. I've tried pushing them back, then tried flushing them and then putting them back in. Nothing works, they float up and stay there. You would think this thing would work for $140. It is not. Save yourself frustration and money. This case is back. It sucks. CONTINUED: When I was about to return the product, I decided to give it one last chance. I squeezed all the jelly to the bottom and then refilled the lost water. The SECRET is to fill the water to the brim, even spilling when you close the lid. Wipe up the spill. But what I found is that the jelly is now working consistently even after restarting the next day. It seems it prevents air bubbles from getting into the jelly if there is no space at the top. I have now changed the rating to 5 stars. It would be nice if they UNDERLINE the fill part and insist that this be done. So if it doesn't work for you, try this and see if it fixes the problem.
