LOVE IT! The bed skirt is beautiful and of good quality. It hasn't broken yet. a piece that can be placed under the mattress to prevent tearing and make it easier to place on the bed. I had another ruffle skirt for a few years and it kept tearing. I finally got it and bought this as a replacement. Maybe it will look better after ironing, but I can't iron and it looks nice without it. My bed is in the standard bedroom that comes with each mattress. The 15 inch length is ok (hangs about 0.5-1.0 inches off the ground) so no one will step on it and rip it open. Others might want more fall, especially if your bed is on a slightly higher frame. Pros: 1) beautiful 2) high quality 3) strong, durable material that won't tear 4) ruffles are reinforced to prevent fraying Cons: 1) 15 inch height may be too short for taller than standard beds, f. R.A.M. If your bed is a bit higher (high enough that you can tuck items under it), I recommend buying a bed skirt with a higher drape.
