I consider myself an advanced user. I've been using this product for about 10 hours every day for about six months. I've already had to replace it once due to a radio failure after less than a month of use. I tried replacing SteelSeries directly, but it was easier for me to switch back to Revain. After the mouse clicks weren't reliable, I tried replacing it again. Instead of making the process easy and/or simpler for the customer, I had to jump through hoops to have it replaced. All because her serial number was deleted IN SIX MONTHS. After 3 days and the 5th response to the support ticket I have decided to stop supporting this company. "Thanks, but I've decided to stop buying or using SteelSeries products. I think your company's policy is stupid and the products are of poor quality. Number can't even last 6 months. I switched to a Razer Mamba Wireless. I have attached the receipt. Having had to replace this mouse before, also connected. The purchases include four other SteelSeries products. Which also had flaws. ; blacked out keyboard keys, poor sound quality in headphones, mouse pad failed but no loss of function Your company went under with Logitech and will no longer have my patronage. Now I will be using this mouse for my work computer and re-billing it. Thank you for trying the service. I just hope you share with your company decision makers that I've learned a $500 life lesson over the past 4 years. Don't buy SteelSeries. I will share these emotions with reviews of these purchases. Health. "This will be my fifth mouse in three years. Anyone have recommendations?
