I put this on my 1 year old during his nap. He doesn't know that this is something that can be easily removed ๐. he wore it 24*7 a week. he no longer sucks his thumb. :) the product works great. I bought a smaller one and it was a bit tight but not too tight. My baby tried to suckle on other fingers but I gently distracted him.
