I'm 1.60m tall and the dress touched the ground, but if you hit it with your heels, everything is fine. Even though I'm 165 pounds and it's very bulky, I had a bit of room in my neck and arms and you couldn't see my body at all. I would suggest a belt if you want to show off your figure at all, I love it but it's like wearing a monk's tent, I don't know what to wear with it yet but I'm glad I have it. it doesn't shine through either. The dress does not flow, it does not fly in the wind, but it wobbles and shifts if you walk even more with a belt. The turtleneck part isn't very high, it ends at the lower middle part of the neck and it's a loose neck, I was hoping it would sit tighter on my neck, but it's not too loose.
