Review on 🔌 GE 80619 Fluorescent Tube Starters with General Electric by Tyler Cooley

I don't know why I came to Amazon to buy this product. I needed to replace the fluorescent light in my turtle tank, but I wasn't sure if the bulb or the starter had burned out. I knew I could get a better price on a lightbulb here, so I went ahead and got an appetizer. I chose this one because it looked metallic. When I removed the old starter, the plastic deteriorated badly (it had a grainy texture and rubbed off to the touch). He thought it was metal. It is NOT the same plastic as the other. It's ok I think it was a risk I took as I didn't see it in the description but still a bit disappointing. A few days after ordering (delivery took over a week) I saw the same product in my home warehouse for a third of the price (shipping included). So unless you live in a slum and don't have access to a hardware store, save a few bucks and just get one. You'll probably even save yourself a few days in the dark.
