Beautiful skirt, very roomy! I'm not a large size but love the extra room and the elastic fits really "comfortably" on a size 8...so I can bet on women with only a 30" waist. Incredibly long as many reviews mentioned ( even after washing and shrinking a bit).The only downside is that it does curl up with prolonged wear (see large picture).I wear it by the ton and have had it for just over a month and in my experience the peeling is typical of one 100% viscose fabric.
