One or more of the 20 ports were blocked, within a few weeks, intense heat melted the plastic around the USB cables exposing hot bare wires, burning multiple connected wires, and burning the mattress and pillows (computer and accessories are on the bed). If I hadn't woken up, the house fire would have been minutes away from turning to fame. Hundreds of dollars of property damage. I have reported this to the Revain safety team and am in the process of filing a report with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. THIS PRODUCT IS VERY DANGEROUS!
