Got the parts for a different middle section instead of the top layer. This explains why other buyers may find assembly difficult or wrong. While the lack of a proper top coat makes the item less durable (and a bit wonky when viewed from above), I've chosen to settle for those details. I felt like taking them apart, repackaging, shipping to a UPS store and waiting for a new product wasn't worth the time. Despite the manufacturer's considerable attention to detail, I am overall satisfied with the portable cabinet. The design concept is still well thought out and better than comparable products offered online. I love that I can open and attach different panels to the lid, the shelves are three sided, the storage boxes provided are of decent quality and the rods are very strong. Aside from not getting the right pieces, the only thing I would like to change is the fabric used as the shelves. The quality of the rest of the product is not inferior. I will definitely be putting the boards on the shelves to fix this. Conclusion: Great product, but not all the details. Luckily for me and the seller rating, the missing parts weren't necessary.
