Review on Logitech Backlit Mechanical Keyboard Passthrough by Dimitar Gyurov ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Despite the fact that the keyboard is part of a gaming series, I purchased it not for gaming but for general usage and programming. This is due to the fact that the quality of normal "office" keyboards has deteriorated to an unacceptable level. Because I am pleased with the acquisition, I am able to suggest this make and model. With its positives being: - Assemblage and components of the highest possible quality. The office and home keyboards from the same manufacturer that are in the same price range cannot compare to the quality of this model. - Mechanical theory. The keys have a pleasant feel to them, both to the touch and when being pressed. - Strict design and single-color backlighting without parrot iridescent RBG - this is not something that is seen very often these days. The majority of other mechanical keyboards had backlighting that is skewed to the corners due to the design of the switches, but Logitech was able to create uniform backlighting because to its Romer-G keys, which were of its own design. - A key combination allows for the brightness of the backlight to be modified. This does not require the installation of any additional utilities or drivers. The keyboard is equipped with a USB connector, making it simple to attach ancillary devices like a mouse or a USB flash drive. Some drawbacks include: - When it came out of the factory, the keyboard had a tiny bend to it; - When placed on a level surface, the near left leg did not make contact with the surface; - Judging from the reviews, this seems to be a common problem with Logitech products. It is readily remedied by placing the keyboard in a slightly bent position on the knee. When printing, one can occasionally hear a faint metallic sound. On the other hand, it is standard on every keyboard that has a metal housing. - There are no LED indications for NumLock or ScrollLock; the only ones that are there are for CapsLock and Game Mode. despite the fact that there is a sufficient amount of available space for placement on the keyboard. The USB port on the keyboard is merely forwarded from the computer through another connector; consequently, the total number of ports on the computer will not increase as a result of the use of this keyboard. On the other hand, having a USB hub integrated into it would be really convenient. - The software that controls the gaming peripherals sold by Logitech is extremely cumbersome and of dubious quality. However, the keyboard may be used perfectly well without it.
