Well the JuiceBox itself is great for a kid's toy but it's not what I expected. For $80 or so, I would expect at least a little more than just hardware. At least one free chip? no I think I got it for Christmas in 2004. I'm sorry my parents had to pay so much for something I rarely use. :/ I wanted it mainly because it played MP3s and I couldn't find a cheap MP3 player (stupid I never checked). I used it as an MP3 player for a while but not that often because it sucks the battery inside. Hmm, it seems like 4 hours. I didn't buy any of the JuiceWare cartridges because I didn't like them (I'm a 15 year old girl and I don't watch Courage the Cowardly Dog or care much about WWE). or BMX). I think that was one of the mistakes Matell made while producing JuiceBox. There aren't many JuiceWare titles, and some shows aren't very popular. The second mistake was trying to compete with VideoNow. I feel like an idiot choosing JuiceBox over VideoNow. VideoNow has more titles and you can create and post your own videos. I'm an idiot again, thought you could do the same with JB. Eh I had a bit of fun with it so I gave it 3 stars. But the reason I had fun with him is probably not the same reason most kids would have fun with him. In the summer I used it the most. I downloaded episodes of Diggnation (a tech podcast) and listened to them late at night while my sister was at her computer. During the summer I also looked for hacks to play videos. Obviously there are many who want to know the same thing. I found the JuiceBox hackers forum and check it out from time to time. Last time I checked they don't have any hacks yet to get a video of it. I start talking about things you don't care about. So yeah, the highlights are: * JuiceBox is an OKAY toy * There aren't many JuiceWare titles * The only good trick is that it could be an e-book reader, as someone said before.
