I like that it is so easy to use for both sales reps as well as customers! You can see everything you need in one place which makes life easier when trying to close deals or get new ones started!! It's not perfect by any means but we are working with them constantly improving their product line up every day. We're solving our needs of getting quotes out quickly from multiple vendors at once - without having too many people involved-and then being able to easily compare those prices against each other within seconds vs manually entering into excel sheets over time.- This has helped us save money and improve efficiency while also making sure everyone knows what they should be doing next before anyone gets frustrated about how long things take due to manual processes rather than automated systems. !
