When I first used this product it worked great and I was amazed at how it whitened my teeth. I have chosen not to use it consistently as stated on the packaging. The next time I used it a week later I couldn't keep the strips on my teeth for even an hour, it was terribly painful. I decided to check how safe whitening strips are and now I can say I won't be using them again. There are many studies explaining how OTC whitening strips can permanently damage your tooth enamel. It's much safer to use a whitening toothpaste every few weeks or buy whitening products from your dentist. I do not recommend this product or any other whitening strips.
