So I wanted to fix it by tightening the halter area. Can not! Because when you stretch it, the plastic loops that hold everything together immediately break. I'll fix this because it's a nice idea and the material is nice, but if you have the same shape as me then don't waste your money. UPDATE: I pulled out the sewing kit. I lowered the chest straps about an inch on each side and tightened the halter by cutting it right down the middle and looping it. It shortened some of the length and hugged my chest nicely. I was really lucky. So if you want a project and feel confident, go for it. I am very happy with what has become.
