Poor quality, not suitable for use.

Before that, I used a 2022 MacBook Air (dual-core core i7, 8 GB of RAM), it was quite a convenient device, though it began to lag after 5-6 years (probably after the last ates), at another job they issued a new MacBook Pro 16 with core i7 and 16 gigs of RAM, it was expected that everything would fly, as a result, the lags are the same + some freezes were added. The device heats up wildly, you can’t put it on your knees during operation (you have to put something on it), the battery died very quickly (less than a year has passed) - without a wire, just sit in the browser for a couple of hours, with active work for half an hour it goes to 0. There is a gaming laptop on Windows nearby, I don’t work on it only because of the touchpad, there’s no way without a mouse (and it’s inconvenient for me to work with a mouse), so I continue to sit on a poppy.

Pros
  • touchpad, monolithic
Cons
  • heating, short battery life (the battery died in a couple of months, probably due to wild heating), low performance - lags and friezes are constant, the touchbar is a stupid thing
