Bulky, but necessary for swimming Phone

I've learned from my own bitter experience that the phone quickly goes under in standard cases. To make this a five star product it will have a clip for a loop attached, the plastic tabs won't come loose that close to the top, I plan to tape them in place. I am very appreciative of the floating case as a strap that can float on the phone requires a lot of offset.
