Broken pump on the bottle. The pump does not work / is not screwed on and the lotion flows out from the top. I also bought it from a tanning salon before and this product doesn't have the same smell. As expensive as it is I am very disappointed in the product and the condition it arrived in. Besides, it's expired. Since this product is non-refundable, I hope they at least replace the item.
