I received the charger in the mail yesterday and connected it. Now my Surface is fully charged for the first time since I bought it. The charger that came with it never worked and when I called while it was still under warranty they told me to clean it with alcohol and whatnot and when I realized it still wouldn't work because I had tried those Warranty expired so they didn't send me a new one. I don't use my Surface every day. I take it with me when I travel. Thank you for sending me a device that works and made my time on the surface exceptional.
