If you are buying these for a C-section, NOT. I have no idea who thinks that post-C-section women need a resume that goes right over the incision, but that person apparently designed and marketed these panties. The photographs give the impression that they protrude beyond the incision, but that is not the case. They sit DIRECTLY ON your scar, even if you increase the size. I'm really mad at myself for washing them as I would have sent them back if it hadn't been for me.
