On the middle of the skirt portion of this dress, there is a 1.5 - 2 inch section where the sequins are sewn in a different direction. This makes the dress appear to have a dark stripe on it. At first, I thought I was imaging it, but photos show it, too. Also, the sequins are not sewn on securely, and I lost many just stepping into the dress. It's too bad, because the overall design is very cute. I would consider getting it in another fabric, but I will be returning this one. I'm attaching two photos of the stipe, one with flash, so you can see how obvious it is to the naked eye.
