I like that it has good support for my small business accounting needs! The setup is easy once you get used to how things work here (which isn't hard). It's great having one place where we can keep track of our books in real time with updates from multiple staff members who are working remotely. We really enjoy using qbix plus as well since I am able set up reminders to myself when certain tasks have been completed or deadlines due so no forgetting about them. There aren't any downsides at this point but if there were i would be happy enough to try again another day :) As far as ease of use goes - not much other than getting started which requires some knowledge of what each button does. Once figured out its pretty straight forward after that. Keeping organized accounts while also being accessible by others is key especially during times of transition in employment/schooling etc. This helps us stay updated and makes sure.
