Just take curls. They pull your hair so hard trying to tuck it in. We have regular perms and we have no problem. It feels like you're tearing your hair out. The worst thing was that the company didn't allow us to return it and sent a message before the last day of the return was up. So stick with these for now. I would buy more of the curlers we love if they really tried to get it right.
