I like how easy it is for anyone without a lot of training to use asset mapping software, or any kind of tool in general really. You can learn so much from simple tutorials (like this one) as opposed to having an experienced engineer walk you through every step. It's also pretty cool being able to see things in such clear detail, which doesn't happen very often these days. Honestly, nothing at all right now. Sometimes there are minor glitches when using certain products, but those problems seem fixable quickly once identified. We're basically solving some major issues that our organization has been facing regarding transparency within internal processes - we've realized that no matter what a person does, they never quite know everything about their workflows and procedures. By allowing everyone to have access to information easily via the web, more people will be willing to engage in learning new ways of doing things.
