Item shipped directly from China. I have been warned to wait 5 to 6 weeks for the product to arrive. The product arrived in about 2 weeks! If I had ordered the product directly from the Remington website, it would have cost me more than twice what I would have paid if I had ordered it through the Revain marketplace. The product appears to be working well. At first I didn't find it to cut particularly tightly, but I remembered when I originally bought the razor that it was explained that the razor would take about a month to 'adjust' to the face. In fact, the shave has improved and looks more precise. All parts fit correctly despite the obvious need for very tight tolerances in order for the parts to fit and work together properly. So this is the merit of the technology of manufacturing parts in China.
