They brought it the next day after the order, it was packed in a factory box, the equipment is complete (cord, humidifier, instructions). It works almost silently, sometimes light gurgles are heard. I poured filtered tap water, whitish stains on the furniture were not noticed. After just a few hours of use, the room is noticeably fresher. Management is intuitive, simple, touch indicators on the front panel. I chose an air humidifier for a long time, and settled on this ultrasonic model. Hope will serve well!
