Video image quality is terrible, very grainy. The touchscreen did not respond. It was difficult to select an option in the settings because sometimes I pressed "OK" and it didn't respond until I pressed "OK" a third time. I couldn't open most of the videos captured by the camera on my Windows 7 laptop and kept getting an error saying there was a problem playing the file. Please save money and buy brands like Cannon, Panasonic or Sony. I cannot recommend this camcorder.
