Years ago I had a compact digital camera from Sony. I really liked how beautiful the pictures turned out. Broke after a year of use. Then I got used to using my phone for photos and videos. Look and compare the quality of both. I decided I needed a new camera designed for serious photography. I looked around and thought this would be the best camera on my budget. It's not too expensive and not too cheap. I like the wifi sync over the phone. It has all the controls found on more expensive cameras. The zoom is amazing. The photos are great. The video is nice too. Except it makes noise when zooming while recording video. I plan to buy filters that can be mounted on the lens. The WiFi connection is great for downloading on the go. It can provide a Wi-Fi signal that your phone connects to to download files that you can share through your phone, tablet or computer. You just have to install the app. Because of the lockdown here in California. I didn't use it as much as I wanted. The photographs of the moon were taken by hand. I plan to get a tripod with a longer exposure time to make the photos even clearer. I am very happy with the purchase. Update: I've had this camera for over 3 months now. I have a tripod for photos and moon shots. Such a huge difference. I also bought thick and polarized lenses. I will add new pictures. I'm still learning how to get the most out of this camera. The first 2 shots of the moon were taken handheld and then from a tripod. The foliage shots were taken with bokeh in the background depending on what you were focusing on. I focused on the goal ball and then on the leaves of the trees blurring the fence. The zoom in the camera doesn't stop at 65 either. The digital zoom goes up to 260. And a 256 GB micro memory card with an adapter from Samsung works perfectly. I want to try a 512GB card later.
