In March 2020, many office workers were forced to work online from home. I am alone. The room lighting for my video conference was poor and the phone/computer camera exposure settings were inadequate. I was looking for a cell phone selfie light (those round LED rings) and found this one. When you buy a device, you get what you pay for. As the natural light changes in my "new" office, I can adjust the intensity of that light so that there are no shadows on faces in the live feed. Pros: 1. It's not just white light - a wide range of features2. Durable aluminum alloy body 3. Works when charging via USB. If the internal batteries aren't charging, it's still useful4. Subject or backlight5. Flush mount power switch - no accidental power on in kit bag. Disadvantages: 1. Heavy. It may not be quite a light, but it adds weight to the gimbal handle.2. 2mm hex head screw on swing arm - Wrench not included3. The 2.5mm hex screw on the swing arm mount will not detach from the flashlight when the lantern is rotated 90 degrees. Slot for magnetic Allen key. Tool holder for tightening screws3. Removable Battery - 1.5mm hex screws on the back panel open the battery. Occupies 2/3 of the building. Wrapped up. Without marking. Recommended for versatility and durability.
