This is not the suit for the busty, but will probably work if you are smaller on top and bigger at the bottom. I upsized to the highest size specifically to get better bust coverage on this cute design. I'm a 44H, but normally I wear a size 20 pant. However, I got the 4xl hoping the bottoms wouldn't be too saggy and the top would be just right. The suit is flattering from the bust down, but I can't even imagine for women smaller up top than me that this but coverage and support is enough for a plus size gal. I took the pads outright away as those were useless. What I did do, however, and you can get away with it with this suit, is to add one of those stretchy pull over bras. You can't even tell I have it on under the suit as the bra is covered by the wide back straps and high back coverage. A bit of my bra peeks out the front, a little lacy bit and just looks like it is part of the suit design like a little cammy! With the addition of my bra, I now have the support I need in this otherwise super cute suit. I am keeping it, but I wouldn't buy it again.
