The concept of this product is great and I can understand why people are drawn to it. but unfortunately this product has a fatal flaw that makes it practically unusable. The brush heads are almost impossible to remove. The instructions say to just turn them counter-clockwise, but that just doesn't work. The brush will just keep spinning on its gears and the head will NOT come off. Played for 30 minutes and finally gave up. I can't understand how this product was designed in this way, but it's no joke. If you're not okay with just using one brush head and never removing it, don't buy it. Also, I'm too slow to be of any real use. Had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it is coming back.
