Neutral colored foam under the felt is exposed.
Very lazy design. If it weren't too small for my tiny head I might have tried to fix it with duct tape or something, but it's a total disappointment.
- I love love love this hat and it matched my outfit perfectly!
- Didn't expect better quality for $20 but it looks like ____ and it didn't wobble and straighten up as much
