I was so excited to get this product. I work as a full cycle buyer/supplier. I thought it would be great to hang around my neck and free my hands to pick up groceries. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9. The case is about a quarter of an inch larger! I'm disappointed! I guess I should have read more carefully, this is for a Samsung Galaxy S9 (Plus) phone. I thought the "plus" in the title meant "plus with stand". In general a high quality product. The strap is adjustable in length where you want your phone to be. The case is made of hard plastic but lacks a transparent cover to protect the phone's face. I gave it 3 stars because it's a good product, but the material of the strap could be better and the touchpad coverage could be better. If my phone was suitable for this, I would keep this item. Hope this helps everyone.
