Not for people with a short torso.
The fabric feels thick, but if you have a short torso, it will be too long in this area. If you have back fat, that's not flattering either. Otherwise great suit. I'm 5ft 3ft, 118lbs, 47 years old and the small size fits me. It just wasn't my style. There are far more people with worse bodies than me that I couldn't bring myself to walk.
