Very disappointed. This product is not as advertised. Clumps on first application, lashes either shrink or build up enough liquid on lashes to create a clumping effect. To do this, you need to brush it with a clean brush or separate the eyelashes with the tip. Applying the product takes time, with multiple applications to achieve the effect of longer eyelashes. My lashes are medium length and when I use a product like Revlon I can look as advertised. Again, you will NOT get the long, full lashes advertised by L'Oreal. I was very disappointed because I have used other L'Oreal products and the product worked well. Hope that helps.
