I couldn't take a good picture because the storage box is transparent, but it definitely scratches easily. I sent back what I originally received hoping I wouldn't have a problem with the replacement, but the replacement was only marginally better. For $10 I won't bother sending another one back, but part of the problem can probably be solved by simply wrapping the container in plastic before putting it in the box so it rubs against it in transit. I'll probably just make some kind of vinyl wrap for it to cover it up a bit. I assume the Cricut branded version has the same issue,
