Sounds like an addition to this product. I agree. This is the most incredible back scratcher I've ever used! I am a tall (and unfortunately quite hairy) man. I had surgery on both shoulders (as I dominated Pac10 linemen for 4 years). As a result of both surgeries, I have limited range of motion. I'm single, too. This means that if I have to bang on a door, tree, or sign to scratch that itch (yes! Just like a bear), my back will itch. In fact, when I'm not at home I still bang my back on something to ease the itch. After trying literally 10-20 of these cheap metal back scrapers I settled on the more expensive BackRake. I had him for almost 3 years. It stays next to my bed. I actually went back to Revain to buy a second one for my family room. The big problem with other (metal/telescopic) back scrapers is that they (necessarily) break right where the telescopic/cheap metal arm connects to the scraper/rake part. . BackRake is damn strong! It is large and covers a large area. The rake has two different sides with a different number of "teeth" on each side. I saw some bad reviews about BackRake. Some complain that it scratches too much area? To each his own. Yes it covers a large area but I still can't scratch that particular itch. And the best part is I can push as hard as I want (without fear of breaking it), as much as I want to scratch whatever I want! Would give this thing 10 stars if I could!
