I like that they are always working hard at improving themselves as an organization in order to better serve its clients. They have also been very open about what they're doing within the industry so far (which is great). It's easy enough to get around all of the different platforms but there could be some improvement here! My favorite part has got to be how much work goes into keeping your information up-to date. This helps me know if my contact info needs updating or not when it comes time to renewing contracts/services. The simplicity of the platform is great because I can easily view all my different accounts in one place! It allows me to schedule content for social media and it also provides analytics that help me understand what’s working and what needs to be improved. There are still some bugs that it has not been able to fix but they are working hard at it and should have this fixed soon.
