Good idea, but not a very good glue.
Easy to install: just remove the backing and stick to the desired surface. The problem is that they don't go to bed. I was hanging a light curtain + curtain rod (less than 5 pounds) and one of the two hooks fell off. When I replaced it with a third one, it also fell. I even placed the third one a few inches away to see if it was a wall area but it didn't matter. At the end of the day I feel like I wasted my money on this.
